Customer Manager-APAC(Japan)
Customer Manager-APAC(Japan) is responsible for Commercial business development and management of strategic corporate clients in Japan, maximizing the volume and margin of energy sold through the development of new PPAs.
This position will report to Industrial Customers and PPAs Director and Japan Country Manager.
Foundation Supply Package Manager – Japan
As the Foundation Supply Package Manager in our Offshore Renewables Business at Iberdrola and Iberdrola Renewables Japan, you will play an instrumental role in aligning with our vision, mission, and operational principles to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale offshore wind projects in Japan. Your pro-active behavior, partnered with your ability to collaborate closely with the Senior Engineering Manager and Foundations Department Engineer, will be critical to this role.
You will manage the foundation design, and supply for our offshore wind projects while ensuring adherence to the company’s engineering standards, best practices, and H&SE performance metrics. Understanding the requirements of related managers, actively learning from the Department Supervisor’s expertise, and delivering results in compliance with our vision and mission will be key to success in this role.
This position also reports to Country Manager for Iberdrola Renewable Japan and the Country Manager will be the final performance evaluator for the all positions in Japan.
Offshore Development Engineer
The Development Engineer holds a key role in the consenting, EIA and permitting activities, in offshore wind projects, which serve as the primary growth drivers. From the early development stage through bid preparation to FID, you will be an integral part of the development team, contributing to some of the most significant, challenging, and innovative offshore wind projects in Japan.
As part of your responsibilities, you will support the Country Manager under the supervision of the Head of Development-Offshore. This will involve coordinating multi-disciplinary matrix teams to achieve project objectives. Your excellent interpersonal skills will be crucial as you establish and nurture long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders, counterparts, partners, and clients. By fostering trust and collaboration, you will play a vital role in the success of these projects.
This position also reports to Country Manager for Iberdrola Renewable Japan and the Country Manager will be the final performance evaluator for the all positions in Japan.
